Guatemala dismisses anti-dumping duty on flat-rolled steel
The Guatemalan Ministry of Economy (Mineco) has decided not to impose duties on imports of flat-rolled products into the country. The authority made the announcement after it closed its anti-dumping investigation on 9 January 2020.
The investigated product is classified as flat alloy steel, of width greater or equal to 600mm under HS codes 7225.91.00, 7225.92.00 and 7225.99.00.
