Guangxi Zhaoxin Steel plans EAF construction

China's Zhaoxin Steel in Guangxi Province is planning to build a 100-tonne electric arc furnace at its steel plant in Hezhou city. The capacity of this EAF is 750,000 tonnes/year, Kallanish notes.
