Guangxi steelmakers announce capacity replacement plans
Three medium size private steel companies in China’s Guangxi province have announced their capacity replacement plans, according to the provincial Economy & Information Commission. The government approvals for the replacement schemes will be valid for two years from January 2018, Kallanish notes.
