Guangxi Shenglong starts operating high-strength plate mill
Guangxi-based Guangsheng New Material Company, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Guangxi Shenglong Metallurgical, put a high-strength steel plate project into production on 17 March, Kallanish notes.
The new mill has 500,000 tonnes/year of high-strength wear-resistant steel plate capacity. The product has a thickness of 3-16mm, a width of 800-2,000mm and a length of 2-16m.
