Guangdong Donghai purchases steel capacity from Xuri Steel
Guangdong-based South Donghai Steel has obtained 1.15 million tonnes/year of iron capacity quota from Inner Mongolia Xuri Steel, and plans to use it for new electric arc furnaces (EAFs), Kallanish notes.
