Guang Ching De targets June HRC production
PT. Guang Ching De Metal Rolling, the HRC joint venture between China’s Tsingshan Group and PT Dexin Steel Indonesia, is making arrangements for trial production in June this year since all construction has been completed, Tsingshan tells Kallanish.
