Graphite electrode producer expects 2018 earnings surge
The surge in graphite electrode prices over the last 12 months has caused much consternation within the electrically-melted steel sector worldwide. Prices at one stage saw a ten-fold year-on-year increase for steelmakers as product availability fell rapidly.
