GrafTech launches IPO
US electrode producer GrafTech International has made its initial public offering, Kallanish reports.
The company offered about 37.78 million shares of common stock via Brookfield Business Partners at the price of $21-24/share. The company will be listed on the New York Stock Exchange under the ticker “EAF.”
The goal of the offering is $793-907m.
