GrafTech cancels new secondary stock offering
US graphite electrode producer GrafTech has apparently canceled its planned secondary public offering, Kallanish learns from a company release.
After announcing the offering on 5 March, GrafTech decided on 7 March “...not to proceed with the previously announced secondary offering of the company’s common stock due to market conditions.”
