GPH Ispat to export billet to China
GPH Ispat, one of Bangladesh's largest steel producers, has entered a contract to supply 25,000 tonnes of billet to China for $10.18 million. This represents the first time a bulk billet cargo is being exported from Bangladesh, the firm says in a stock exchange filing seen by Kallanish.
