globalCOAL platform hosts its first metcoal trade
One trade totalling 75,000 tonnes was executed today during the globalCOAL metallurgical coal platform’s first-ever electronic trading session, the company tells Kallanish.
The transaction, executed during Tuesday’s 4-6pm (Singapore time) liquidity window, was in the Phys HCCA (fob Australia) market for delivery in December 2015, globalCOAL says. The trade was executed at a price of $76.75/tonne.
