Buyers of Turkish wire rod back off
Wire rod buyers in global markets are delaying their purchases due to the downward trend in prices, Kallanish observes. Turkish mesh grade wire rod producers, who were offering at $470-480/tonne fob levels last week, have lowered their quotes to $460-470/t fob. However, some producers are trying to maintain their prices at $475-480/t.
