Global surplus continues to pressure nickel: Australia
A global nickel surplus is expected to stretch into 2024, with nickel prices forecast to drop to average around $18,000/tonne, from a projection of $21,200/t this year, according to the Australian industry ministry’s latest Resources and Energy quarterly report seen by Kallanish.
