Turkish rebar export demand weakens amid falling scrap
Turkish rebar producers that have longer lead times are seen to be resisting lowering their offer prices following the fall in scrap prices.
While offer prices stand mostly at $645-650/tonne fob actual weight, higher quotes at $650-655/t fob are also available from the producers that are utilised for longer.
