Glencore implements coal mine stoppages
Glencore has temporarily shut down its Newlands and Collinsville coal operations in Queensland. The company plans to carry out temporary production shutdowns at a number of additional coal operations across the Hunter Valley in New South Wales as the coronavirus pandemic hits demand, according to Australian media reports.
