Glencore Canada buys interest in zinc developer
Miner and commodities trader Glencore Canada has bought a minority share in zinc exploration company Group Eleven Resources Corp, Kallanish learns from a company announcement.
Glencore bought 8.4 million units – each consisting of a common share and a one-half share purchase warrant of Group Eleven for a total of CAD 1.008m ($76,364). This gives Glencore an 11.58% interest in Group Eleven on a non-diluted basis.
