GFG buys Glencore coking coal mine
GFG Alliance, which recently acquired the Whyalla steelworks, has agreed to buy the Tahmoor coal mine from Glencore. The mine adds yet another raw material to GFG's plans to integrate its newly-acquired steelworks upstream, Kallanish notes.
