GFG Alliance to acquire South32's Tasmanian ferroalloy smelter
Australia's South32 has reached an agreement to sell Tasmanian Electro Metallurgical Company (Temco) to GFG Alliance.
GFG will purchase 100% of Temco from South32's subsidiary Groote Eylandt Mining Company (Gemco), once approval is received from Australia's foreign investment review board, Kallanish notes.
