German metals trade union demands 6% wage increase
The wage bargaining commission of Germany’s IG Metall union has decided to enter the next round of negotiations with a claim of 6% wage increase with some extras. It is also asking for holiday pay of €1,800 ($2,040), which can be transformed into time off, Kallanish learns from the union.
