Waelzholz acquires Theis in German re-roller merger
Germany’s C.D. Waelzholz says that it has acquired fellow cold-rolled precision strip re-roller Gustav Theis Kaltwalzwerke based in its home location of Hagen, Germany. The city is a hub for various strip cold-rolling companies. Last year Waelzholz also took over the cold-rolling operations of another neighbour company, Wickeder Westfalenstahl.
