German construction boom maintains domestic rebar demand
German construction companies are all optimistic for the rest of 2018, according to polls by the two main building industry federations Hauptverband and Zentralverband.
In its latest monthly poll in June the latter says that its members gave a positive assessment for virtually all categories of construction. They emphasise the boom in residential construction, which continues to top previous performances, Zentralverband observes.
