Gerdau`s sustainability earns index placement
Brazil's Gerdau has been included in the Brazilian stock exchange B3's Carbon Efficient Index (ICO2) as it has been deemed committed to efficiency and transparency in managing its greenhouse gas emissions.
The company is the first steelmaker to be included in the ICO2, Kallanish notes.
