Gerdau’s Siderperu extends use of renewable energy

Peruvian steelmaker Empresa Siderúrgica del Perú (Siderperu) says it has signed a long-term contract with local company Enel Perú (EP) to supply renewable energy for its Chimbote steelmaking plant.
