GCC slump drags down Mid-East March DRI output
Direct reduced iron production in the four Middle Eastern countries covered by worldsteel's monthly report slumped -5% on-year in March to 2.14 million tonnes, Kallanish notes. This brought to an end seven consecutive months of on-year increase.
