GCC rebar market stabilises, Bahrain inches up
The Gulf Cooperation Council rebar market has lulled following the start of Ramadan. Working hours are limited across the region during the holy month, Kallanish notes.
In United Arab Emirates’ retail segment, delivered rebar prices are available at AED 3,100-3,150/tonne ($844-857) for Emirates Steel material and at AED 3,050-3,120/t ($830-850) for other mills’ material, including imported Jindal Shadeed rebar.
