Suppliers withdraw offers to test GCC HRC market
In the Gulf Cooperation Council hot rolled coil market this week, prices have increased $25-35/tonne on last week's transacted values. The price hike started mid-week last week. Some Indian and Japanese mills have suspended giving offers, in order to test the market, Kallanish notes.
