Iranian quotes stifle GCC billet price hike attempts
Gulf Cooperation Council merchant billet producers are under pressure from falling Iranian billet offers.
Since the end of last week, Iranian billet quotes dropped $20-30/tonne on-week to $470-475/t cfr Oman, equating to $440-450/t fob Iran.
