GCC billet market sees contradicting price directions
The Gulf Cooperation Council billet market is seeing conflicting price directions. In the United Arab Emirates, rebar re-rollers, who have released enquiries, are observing rising local prices, while prices of imports into the GCC are showing signs of softening, Kallanish notes.
