Gazprom seeks -20% pipe discounts: report
Gazprom is demanding discounts of -20% from Russian large-diameter pipe (LDP) suppliers for its major projects, according to industry sources quoted by Reuters. This follows the emergence of a producer charging significantly lower prices.
