Gaoyi Steel constructs high-speed bar mill
China’s Shanxi Gaoyi Iron & Steel (Gaoyi Steel) started to construct its twin high-speed bar rolling plant in Xinjiang County on Tuesday, and leaders of local government attended the groundbreaking ceremony, Kallanish learns.
