Gansu province to add scrap processing capacity
Experts from the Energy Conservation Department of China's Ministry of Industry and Information Technology have been to Lanzhou in western China's Gansu province to review the qualifications of two companies. These have applied to join the seventh batch of approved companies in the steel scrap processing industry.
