Gallardo Balboa restarts HDG line
Gallardo Balboa, the Spanish steelmaking group, has restarted its hot-dip galvanizing and pre-painted rolling lines at its mill in Extremadura, Kallanish learns from the company.
As reported, the line has a production capacity of over 200,000 tonnes/year of HDG and 150,000 t/y of pre-painted coils. The plant is operated in three shifts, but this could be increased in line with future demand.
