Another Indian flat steelmaker enters insolvency resolution
Indian flat steelmaker Uttam Value Steels has been ordered into insolvency resolution by the National Company Law Tribunal. This follows a petition from the State Bank of India last December for resolution of the steelmaker’s debt.
