Fujian Xiangcheng targets steel cluster
During the first half of 2019, Xiangcheng district of Zhanzhou in Fujian Province saw steel sector earnings surge. Its steel industry created tax revenue of CNY 570 million ($82.94m), increasing by 35.3% year-on-year.
