Fujian Sanbao commissions new strip mill
Sanbao Steel, located in Fujian, has commissioned a 1,780mm hot strip mill, which passed the thermal load test on 22 December.
The line is designed to produce 4.5 million tonnes/year of hot rolled coil, which include mainly high-strength and corrosion-resistant offshore wind power tower steel, shipbuilding steel, pipeline steel, mechanical equipment steel, silicon steel and substrate for cold-rolling.
