Fujian Longgang contracts pellet project
Fujian Longgang New Material, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Fujian Xinghua Iron & Steel, has signed an engineering, procurement and construction (EPC) contract with Sinosteel engineering & Technology for its iron ore pelletising project.
The pellet project is part of Longgang’s ongoing intelligent steelmaking industrial park in Zhangping city. The company expects to add 2 million tonnes/year of pellet capacity, Kallanish reports.
