Fujian Dingsheng delays commissioning of ESP plant
Fujian Dingsheng Steel says it completed pipe piling construction for its Endless Strip Production (ESP) project on 23 May. The firm aims to commission the project in February 2020, with design capacity of 9 million tonnes/year, Kallanish notes.
