Fujian Dadonghai to build plate production line
China’s Fujian Dadonghai Industrial Group is planning to convert its planned hot rolled coil capacity to medium and thick plate, according to the project’s energy saving report.
Initially, the company intended to build a 1,450mm HRC production line, but this is now expected to be replaced by a 3,800mm medium and thick plate mill, Kallanish notes.
