Friedman posts net loss on weak tube demand

US pipe maker and coil processor Friedman Industries fell into the red in the quarter ended 30 September, Kallanish learns from the company’s earnings review. Friedman posted a net loss of $603,882 in the fiscal second quarter on sales of $18.32 million. In fiscal Q2 2015, Friedman recorded a loss of $193,294 on sales of $23.17m.
