Friedman appoints Cargill vet as chairman
US coil processor and tube maker Friedman Industries has appointed industry veteran Michael Taylor as the chairman of its board, Kallanish learns from a company release.
Taylor most recently served as president of Cargill Metals Supply Chain. He began his tenure in 2003 and retired from the industry in 2014. Prior to his presidency, Taylor served in a variety of positions within Cargill and other steel companies.
