Fresh bookings lift Turkish scrap, rebar remains stalled
Turkish deep-sea scrap import bookings have slowed this week, but prices have increased due to supply issues. Rebar mills have so far kept their export offers unchanged, with no significant activity heard in any case, market participants tell Kallanish.
