French stainless scrap to hike sharply
Stainless steel scrap prices in France are about to increase again this month by €50/tonne ($61/t) or possibly more versus last month, depending on grade. This is due to costly raw materials and to the fast rising values of finished flat products because of lack of availability and slow deliveries.
