French stainless scrap values stabilise on low demand
Stainless steel scrap prices in France are steady compared to the beginning of September reflecting the slight increase in nickel registered at the end of that month, Kallanish hears. There is uncertainty in the market however as nickel prices are continuing to fall, having been on a declining trend in recent months.
