French rebar prices seen increasing
French rebar prices are seen increasing in November by €50/tonne ($58) on average on-month in line with increasing values in other European countries and expected domestic scrap hikes.
After a lull in October, demand is said to be resuming. Prices in October declined were dragged down by competitive import offers from Spanish producers. At present, no competitive offers are reported in the south from Italian producers who have increased their domestic values.…
