French rebar prices hold despite scrap decline
French construction steel and rebar prices have felt no impact so far from declining scrap prices in the country, sources tell Kallanish.
With the market resuming activity after the August holiday break, dynamic demand from smaller buyers is being reported by distributors. Medium to smaller buyers are implementing contracts at end-of-July/August prices.
