French rebar prices seen flat despite fluctuating demand
Demand is fluctuating for French rebar but quotes are forecast to remain flat in April or only slightly decline, depending on domestic scrap movement. Distribution sources however say that March was a better month compared to February, in terms of volumes, and expect a good month in April on account of seasonal sales improvement.
