French rebar rises on costlier scrap

French rebar prices are increasing by €20/tonne ($22/t) compared to the beginning of November, local sources tell Kallanish. This is in line with the sharp scrap increases in the country. Transactions are now at €220/t base delivered or €230/t, depending on tonnage and point of delivery.
