French plate prices are seen rising
French plate prices are seen increasing “... imminently” by €30/tonne ($33.8/t) according to distribution sources heard by Kallanish.
All flat products are increasing by €30/t in France also due to the ArcelorMittal increase in flats prices. Domestic demand for plates is considered good despite some current market uncertainty.
