French output falls again
French crude steel production fell year-on-year in January after rebounding in previous months, Kallanish learns from data released by the Federation Française de l’Acier (FFA).
Crude steel output fell by 7.7% in January to 1,197,000 tonnes. This is down from 1,297,000t in January 2019, the association says.
