French scrap merchants see spot prices decline
The value of spot scrap contracts in France to be agreed between mills and smaller merchants in the coming weeks is seen decreasing after Turkish scrap prices turned down.
French contracts are signed in the first week of each month for delivery until the first week of the next month, and some smaller spot contracts are also agreed weekly.
